Electrolyser Systems

We design, build and commission high purity on-Site Water Electrolysers based on in-house Alkaline and PEM technologies. We have a range of standard builds that vary from lab sized models up till multi-MW sizes for large industrial projects, but also undertake custom made builds that are designed according to our Customers’ unique requirements. All Systems are built according to global Electrolyser codes and standards and are designed for both indoor and outdoor operation. All Systems are highly efficient, compact and robust in construction, automated, safety engineered and built for a long service life with very little downtimes. Hydrogen Refuelling Stations

We design, construct, integrate and implement turnkey builds for Hydrogen Refuelling Stations based on the whole range of filling pressures and temperatures governed by SAE protocols. In addition to building the Electrolysers themselves, we Package and integrate high pressure Compression and Storage Systems using novel piping and cascading equipment including Dispenser construction and forward backward integration. In addition, we design and construct the complete Gas delivery network, Cooling Systems, Automation protocol and Electrical circuit to offer the complete Station as whole, with all mandated safety systems in tow. Gas Blending Systems

We design, construct, build and implement end to end Gas Blending Systems wherein Hydrogen Gas is blended into Natural Gas as per acceptable ratios. In addition to building the Electrolysers themselves, we design and build the complete Gas Blending Skid along with the Buffer equipment. The entire solution is designed to match Hydrogen production and delivery in line with the daily trend of Natural Gas usage. All Systems are designed as per the approvals required by the local Gas regulatory bodies. In addition, we design and construct the complete Gas delivery network, Cooling Systems, Automation protocol and Electrical circuit to offer the complete Station as whole, with all mandated safety systems in tow. Micro-Grids

We design, construct, integrate and implement turnkey builds for Micro-Grids based on Hydrogen Gas as an input through the use of Hydrogen Fuel Cells. In addition to building the Electrolysers themselves, we Package and integrate the Gas Storage System as well as the Hydrogen Fuel Cell System along with subsequent power delivery conversion. The overall Station is designed to ensure the most optimum mix of Hydrogen Gas production versus electrical power supply during peak loads, thereby maximizing techno-economic viability. In addition, we design and construct the complete Gas delivery network, Cooling Systems, Automation protocol and Electrical circuit to offer the complete Station as whole, with all mandated safety systems in tow. E-Fuels/Power to X

We design, construct, integrate and implement turnkey builds for Hydrogen production and storage as well as Hydrogen derived e-fuels through clean (Green) energy sources. In addition to building the Electrolysers themselves, we Package and integrate the Gas Storage System as well as the ancillary Systems and Equipment needed to produce green fuels such as Methanol and Ammonia. All Plants are designed to maximize both Hydrogen production and conversion outputs while minimizing the Plant footprint. In addition, we design and construct the complete Gas delivery network, Utility Plant construction, Cooling Systems, Automation protocol and Electrical circuit to offer the complete Plant as whole, with all mandated safety systems in tow. Operation and Maintenance

We bring more than 30 years of Technical Service experience with Water Electrolysis Plants to run and operate Hydrogen Plants for our Customers on a 24 x 7 basis. We guarantee the performance and uptime of the Plant in line with the Customer’s requirement and manage the complete Spare Parts inventory. In addition to comprehensive O&M activities, we also offer Remote Maintenance services for Customers across the globe.

We bring more than 30 years of detailed engineering experience with Water Electrolysis Plants to provide Front End Engineering (FEED) and detailed Engineering services for project Developers to help conceptualize and implement Hydrogen Plants based on unique and exact requirements.
