We are a Company with over 30 years of experience in designing, building and putting into operation industrial scale and commercially viable water electrolysis based Hydrogen Gas Generation Systems based on multiple technologies. In addition to our core strength, which is building Electrolysers, we design, build, integrate and commission end use cases for the Hydrogen across critical sectors such as Clean Mobility, decarbonization of Industry, Power-to-X applications and Renewable Energy.

Our Journey So Far
1969
First Hydrogen Plant set up in India through a Canadian technology association. Plant is still in operation.
1994
Established a 10 year Joint Venture with our Canadian partner for technology acquisition and manufacturing rights of Water Electrolysers.
2004
Emerged as an independent OEM of Water Electrolysers catering to global Hydrogen Contracts.
2023
Received strategic foreign investment thereby strengthening all aspects of the Company.

Founder & Managing Director
Chintan Tewari
An alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur and JBIMS – University of Mumbai, he has been in the Electrolytic business for over 40 years and is widely known for having established the first fully indigenous manufacturing facility of Electrolysers in India serving both the domestic and international markets. Under his able stewardship, more than 50 Hydrogen Plants have been successfully operating worldwide.

Sachin Kumar
A seasoned Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager, he has more than 21 years of experience in successfully executing complex industrial projects spanning Gas and Energy. Demonstrating strong leadership, he has a profound understanding of strategy formulation, organisational efficiency, innovation, cross-functional collaboration and timely execution. He also plays a pivotal role in cultivating a high performance team and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

Sangharsh Singh
A seasoned Process Engineer, he has more than 17 years of experience in successfully handling and managing complex FEED and detailed engineering deliverables for both Green Hydrogen as well as Super Critical Thermal Power projects. A skilled manager, he leads multiple engineering teams across different verticals.

Gaurav Tewari
A University of California graduate, specialised in Economics and Mathematics, he has over 16 years of experience in the industry. He presently oversees both back end and front end operations of the Company with a strong belief in building the Company as a pyramid structure with a strong base and vertical alignment alike. He is also involved in product development and working with our R&D department towards the continuous improvement of technology.

Rajaram Kumar
Holding a Masters Degree in Finance & Accounting, he has more than 18 years of experience in this field. He has previously worked in a variety of industries, also having conducted financial audits in numerous manufacturing firms.
